What is on your nightstand?
Various charger for my electronic devices and my water bottle.
What author would you totally fan?
Jim Butcher, Larry Correia, Garon Whited, Brandon Sanderson or Terry Mancour
What makes you cringe?
I cant even see a Snake on TV or in a photo without cringing and flinching away.
Do you obsessively plot out each point or just go with the flow?
I am a go with the flow type of write to a certain degree. I first mentally story board the book idea. I next like to mind map out the bigger plot points. Once that is done and I have a road to where I want the story to go, I then just start writing, filling the pages between the major plot points with whatever comes to mind.
Is there a word you love to use?
Not a word, but I think in Awakening I used: quick as a cobra, several times in my early drafts. My editor caught the repetition and I cut back on using the phrase.
This is Riley. He is a German Shepherd Border Collie Mix. This was his reaction when I was reading to him an action scene from my book.
