Wes Rockville, a disgraced law-enforcement agent, gets one last chance to prove himself and save his career when he’s reassigned to a 232-year-old secret government organization.
The Witches Protection Program.
His first assignment: uncover a billion-dollar cosmetics company’s diabolical plan to use witchcraft for global domination, while protecting its heiress Morgan Pendragon from her aunt’s evil deeds. Reluctantly paired with veteran witch protector, Alastair Verne, Wes must learn to believe in witches…and believe in himself.
Filled with adventure and suspense, Michael Okon creates a rousing, tongue-in-cheek alternate reality where witches cast spells and wreak havoc in modern-day New York City.

What is on your nightstand?
A wireless phone charger. My watch. A Mickey Mouse porcelain doll my kids bought me. Doctor Sleep by Stephen King.
What author would you totally fan?
It’s like choosing children, but if I had to choose one – Stephen King.
What makes you cringe?
When someone bites into an apple. I have to leave the room. Just writing this makes me want to scratch my teeth with razor blades. UGH!!
Do you obsessively plot out each point or just go with the flow?
OBSESSIVELY plot out my book. Can never write CHAPTER ONE and just go with the flow. No way. I need to know how it ends before I know the beginning.
Is there a word you love to use?
Also, if you have any pictures of your pet you would like to share, please attach them. My readers love animals!
Unfortunately, I am HIGHLY allergic to cats & dogs. My kids don’t like fish or reptiles, so that was out of the question. But I do have two kids, who are like puppies. They ruin the furniture, leave food everywhere, had to be trained not to poop wherever they were sitting, and they are adorable while they do it.
2 winners will receive a signed finished copy of WITCHES PROTECTION PROGRAM & Swag, US Only.
