As you know, BANNING BOOKS is never good!  Even some books that are not tasteful to me, may serve a purpose someplace else.  It is when groups or individuals try to force their ideas on others that it becomes a problem for me.  I have never restricted media from my son as he was growing up and he has the knowledge to choose what is decent and has grown into a wonderful human.  Quite a few books that have been banned make absolutely no sense to me.  You don’t like a book?  Don’t read it!  Do not try to tell me what I can have access to since that is even more wrong than a horribly written word.
HERE IS WHAT I HAVE FOR ONE LUCKY WINNER:
Or for International readers
So you can buy that book you are dying to fall in love with!

Be sure to check out the giveaway on  my YA  blog  HERE for another chance at $10

When I was in high school, many, many years ago, the Liberian decided to ban Exodus by Leon Uris.
The book had been on the shelf but she decided to remove it. I went to the principal to have it reinstated. Neither had read the book, I asked them to, they did read it. It was reinstated. It is still my favorite book.
