We’re just having ribs and cherry pie on the 4th :).
I watch fireworks on TV. I have to make sure my dogs don’t get too scared by my crazy neighbors.
Sitting around the house trying to calm the cats down.
I’ll stay at home and do the TV special watching and check out the neighbor’s fireworks.

Well I’ve been to the New Jersey shore on a beautiful day. I plan to visit with family and enjoy Jersey’s beautiful weather. {We got lucky. Low humidity today. Hope it lasts.] Enjoy your weekend, everyone!

Right this minute, I’m waiting for my in-laws to arrive from out of town. They’re staying with us for the 4th.
Nothing special. I have to work.
Hanging out at home inside with the fur kids reading. Most are afraid of fireworks so I’m hoping this ace bandage trick I learned online might help calm them a bit more.
I plan to spend a quiet weekend with family and friends, cooking out and watching the fireworks.

We are staying home and relaxing over the 4th and planning our escape at the end of the month.
I usually go and watch fireworks but I think it will be too loud for my toddler so we are going to stay home again this year and do sparklers. 🙂
Had a busy week so Im just going to hang and chill out at home.
Stay at home and read some of my TBR books! Can’t think of a better way to spend the day.
For the past few year, we haven’t been doing much. Just watch TV and stay cool.

My plan for the fourth has nothing to do with the fourth because none of my friends live in town and I had work so I couldn’t leave. I’m going to eat asian food and relax, go to work from 5-11:30 then come home and watch a movie! 🙂

WE just relaxed and enjoyed the day. That night, the children enjoyed the town’s fireworks from our back deck, while I huddled on the bed and comforted our terrified dogs.
We have a family tradition that we do every year where we go to my Grandmother’s and cookout and stay up late to watch all the fireworks go off around her house. She lives on a sort of hill so it’s a great view and we’re able to see gorgeous fireworks from miles away.

For the 4th, I barbecued with my boyfriend. We were going to watch fireworks but we were both in food comas!

I did not have much planned for July fourth. My brother came over and hung out with my husband and I. We fried some food and did some sparklers. Earlier in the day, my husband ran me to the mall. Lol.

We didn’t do anything for the Fourth of July this year. We decided to stay home with our dogs (they get nervous around the fireworks).
We ended up staying home for the 4th
My sister is came from out of state to visit and we had a random family get-together (my boyfriend’s sister and niece and my sister). We tried to go to the fireworks, but my 5month old got scared and we ended up watching Lip Sinc Battle on Youtube.
We’d planned to go to our city’s Freedom Fest for the fourth, but construction here made traffic impossible, so we stayed at home, cooked out, and watched the fireworks from our front yard.
My little dachshund mix dog, Abby, is very fearful of fireworks, so I usually plan a quiet summer holiday, with extra time for her.

Unfortunately, I stayed home this 4th as I have two cats that are very scared of loud noises. The beginning of July and the last few weeks of June are a bit stressful as they are pretty freaked out by the crazy, loud sounds.
