    I am hoping my back can handle going down to New Orleans for an anniversary celebration for some of our friends. I am disabled and cannot always do what we plan. Hopefully this time we can. I want to go with my husband and drink chocolate peppermint martini’s.

    For the new year doing nothing, my husband is having double hip replacement and rodes put in both femurs down to his knees on the third of January so we are preparing the house for when he comes home from the hospital….

    Home with my husband and our fur babies, trying to keep them calm with all of the fireworks. An almost impossible job! I have tried headphones (an interesting evening), tight blankets (thundershirts are too expensive when you have three big babies)… nada! Still crazy dogs. Still, it is an awesome evening!

    We just stay home & play games or watch movies. Our youngest daughter’s 20th birthday is that day as well, we like spending NYE together as a family. 🙂

    My plans are to stay home since the AT&T Stadium will be full of college craziness due to the College Football Playoff’s Cotton Bowl semifinal. Roll Tide!

    We don’t do anything for New Years Eve. Same as every other night lol. I’ll cook dinner, we’ll watch a movie after the kids go to sleep and we’ll probably be in bed before 11. 🙂

    My New Years plans are really boring but i have been doing them for the last five years. lol I will stay home like usual and pig out with my family and more than likely read a book and be in my pj’s by 10:30. The exciting life i do live.

    I will probably go volunteer at the cat shelter I regularly volunteer at during the day, but will be staying home for the evening (usually don’t do anything for NYE).
