The last horror book I read was by Stephen King (which was several years ago). I do enjoy reading fantasy, romance, and cozy mystery books now (not so much horror). Recently I finished reading Lord of the Wings by Donna Andrews (cozy murder mystery book set during Halloween). I’m not sure if it really counts as a spooky book.

I love paranormal (mainly shifter/vampire/fae), gay-for-you, military, western, BDSM, sci-fi/fantasy, contemporary themes. Historical and steampunk are not high on my list but if they catch my attention I'll read them. I struggle daily with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, so I have a big heart, what's wrong with that? I fight for joy and find it in the most unexpected places.
