I’d love to read all of the books on that list. I always think that if someone doesn’t want it read then the book is pretty good and has something of true value in it. A developing awareness of our world – sometimes even who we really might be (Bless Me Ultima — a high school read changed me, well, developed me into a wiser and more self aware person). I’d love to actually read the Twilight series but I think Persepolis would win my pick for something new and informative.
