  20. I read Emma Bull’s War of the Oaks some years ago and it is heavy in music references. While it is urban fantasy, which I love, I didn’t get a chunk of this book because I wasn’t familiar with some of the music referenced.

  33. Yes, I really enjoyed I’m Glad I Did, a period piece about a girl looking to get a record job/song.

  44. I can’t think of any music-related books since grade school. Then I read the same one, over and over again. I can’t remember the name, but everyone was reading it in 1978–I think they made a movie out of it, starring Rex Smith. Does that ring a bell with anyone?

  47. No, with the exception of a Nora Roberts that I read many many years ago and can’t remember the title of!

  53. I read A Plain Love Song. An Amish girl who loves to sing and a country singer guy heading to Branson.

  55. I’ve read many, my favorites are A Visit from the Goon Squad by Jennifer Egan, Supergirl Mixtapes by Meagan Brothers, and Liszt’s Kiss by Susanne Dunlap.

  66. I have read Nalini Singh’s Rock Addiction series, also Coming Home (Last book of Treading Water series) by Marie Force, both series recommended!

  67. Yeah I’ve read a lot of music related books. I love Samantha Towle’s Storm series and Kylie Scott’s Stage Dive series and a few more music related titles and I LOVE them! I really love a cocky rockstar! Thanks for the great giveaway!

  68. Yes! If I stay by Gayle Forman. Absolutely incredible. Music gets the main character through the toughest part of her life.

  71. No, the only music related books I’ve read have been with one of the characters that incidentally played the piano, etc.
