GIVEAWAY! May Magical Mystery Box

May 7, 2014 By Mary

Every Month, I gather up my books that have been sitting around and give them away, usually with a theme.    I have a set of six books with a magical theme for one lucky winner.  This giveaway will be a bit different since instead of guessing the titles, you guess the author!

Here is the blurbs for titles….they are all easy to google!

SET 1

Book #1

For 300 years, the Fyne women have called the mountain Orianan their home, inheriting the supernatural arts from their mothers–but a long-ago curse makes true love unattainable for them.

Book #2

Middle Fyne sister Juliet is kidnapped by the Emperor’s men—only to be rescued by a man whose animal instincts tell him he’s found the only woman to call his own.

Book #3

The Sun Witch and The Moon Witch introduced the Fyne sisters, three different and engrossing witches coming into their own. Here, the eldest wonders how she can remain chaste with a sensuous enemy tempting her.

Set 2

Book #1

Raine Benares is a Sorceress Seeker of average ability until she comes into possession of an amulet that amplifies her powers-and her enemies.

Book #2

My name is Raine Benares. Until last week I was a seeker—a finder of things lost and people missing. Now I’m psychic roommates with the Saghred, an ancient stone with cataclysmic powers.

Book #3

For seeker Raine Benares, a demon infestation on the Isle of Mid couldn’t come at a worse time. Already fighting the influence of the Saghred, a soul-stealing stone, Raine discovers she is also magically bonded to a dark mage and a white knight, two dangerous and powerful men on opposing sides.

Yes, I have! Most recent three I finished were great : THE GLASS CASKET by McCormick Templeman, a very spooky fantasy YA novel that’s relatively new; SECOND STAR by Alyssa Sheinmel, a really great YA contemporary with a hint of fantasy and reference to PETER PAN, which releases on May 13; and FEATHER BOUND by Sarah Raughley and pubbed by Strange Chemistry, also a YA I think, which turned out to be one of the most truly unique books I’ve read in a long, long time!! It’s based on mythology/fairy tale (not sure exactly what to call it) but unlike any I’ve read before. It just came out this week and I read an ARC — I HIGHLY recommend it!!
