MY THOUGHTS
LOVED IT
I didn’t read the first book in this series, but I had no trouble catching up with these characters. This is a very realistic contemporary romance that deals with many current issues like drug addiction, family issues and what it means to really care about someone. The issue of caring for a family member when they don’t agree with certain issues like drug addiction is a truly heartfelt issue in this story. I really enjoyed this one and will have to go back and find the first book in this series.
I have a friend who really likes Julia London. The covers both look so summery, I may have to pick these up this spring!
This book sounds like a great read! I am going to add the first book in the series to my TBR list and go from there….
Another name you’ve introduced me to! Thanks.
