I think Jill Mansell has topped herself with this book. My chick lit book group has chosen Jill’s books several times and we always have enjoyed them. This one has it all — comedy, romance, great characters and a lot of action. The plot is really believable which is a real treat in chick lit since you sometimes have to suspend belief in order to enjoy them. I loved Cleo and Johnny especially and the rest of the cast aren’t too shabby either. There are lots of little subplots to keep you turning the pages. This is a nice story to get you in the mood for fall. If you enjoy Sophie Kinsella and Harriet Evans, you will like this as well.
